10 tips about why YOU should do gymnastics!

Tip 1: You should do gymnastics because joining a gymnastics centre can allow you to get a daily workout and you get to meet loads of new people of both genders and make heaps of new friends on the way to support you on your new gymnastics journey!

Tip 2: If you want to join a gym and start your journey you should ask the gym if you could come in and check it out and see the coaches in action, you should do this with atleast 2-3 gyms before you make a decision on where you want to join. If you like one of the gyms you chose to see ask them if you could have a trial class and then you can decide if that gym is for you.
